By default, critical means the url is unavailable from all monitoring stations or the load time from all monitoring stations is greater than 10 seconds. Each monitoring station will retry 3 times, waiting 10 seconds between each attempt, before declaring the url "critical". The same applies for pixel tracking. Any of these settings, and many more, can easily be changed by clicking on the advanced settings for your url.
To adjust the default settings enter the Add/Edit tab and click on edit URL. Click on desired URL scanning to the lower right corner of the page where it says Open the Advanced setting to track Pixel Code, click on advanced. Adjust settings as needed.
